So last week my photography class took a trip downtown to try and get some cool photos for our portfolio and to play with light. Today…. as I realize I have been severely lacking in the blog post department.. I’m gonna share some with you all.
Alright, everyone knows the days, the ones where everything that could go wrong does and you are in absolutely no state to interact with people. At any point the smallest thing could happen that could just set you off completely. So basically your liking a ticking time bomb ready to explode.
Yeah thats me today. So in a way to get myself out of this funk..
I’M GONNA BE YOUR THERAPIST AND GIVE YOU 7 WAYS TO GET THROUGH A BAD DAY!
1.CLEAN YOUR DANG ROOM
People, clean space clean mind. I cannot tell you how annoyed I get when my room is messy and I trip on things. When my room is clean I feel more organized and CALM.
This is kinda adding to the whole “clean space clean mind” concept. You will feel more awake and less stressed if you do this I promise you.
For some reason when I’m angry and am just in a bad mood there is no way I want to be anywhere near other humans. So hibernating in my room is my best option.
4.LISTEN TO YOUR FAVORITE SONGS/MUSIC
Alright, personally I have a list on my spotify of my all time favourite songs that you can never go wrong with. Listening to music can calm you and allow you to drown out everything.
5. CONCUR WHAT’S BOTHERING YOU
Once you have somehow settled down a bit getting the things that might be stressing you out or annoying you out of the way is the best bad day medicine. The feeling of knowing that you don’t have to worry about this anymore is pure BLISS, gosh its great.
6. DO SOMETHING YOU LOVE
At the moment I am concurring one of these things. Blogging is a very relaxing thing for me. Maybe you like playing guitar, or painting your nails, or talking to people you haven’t seen in a while. Anything that might make you a little happier. Remember if you can’t think of anything there is always Netflix 😉
Seriously most of the things that have been stressing you out or have been annoying you today most likely won’t matter a year from now. BREATH and know that you will be okay!

I recently realized that my fashion side to my blog has kind of died down a bit. I did recently do a Pajama outfit of the day ( shameless insert ) but I haven’t really shown you what my fall fashion and style is really like. So today I am making a Fall Fashion Inspiration for 2015.
